PRODUCT TRACEABILITY
Our Enterprise Resource Planning System, or ERP, is done through Shoptech MFG. This software platform allows us to digitalize our entire process, from estimate to quote, machining to final inspection, all the way to billing. Every step is completely controlled and contained within this ERP, making your product 100% trackable and traceable.
Conflict Mineral Supply Policy
Our company is committed to responsible sourcing and supports the elimination of conflict minerals that directly or indirectly finance armed groups or contribute to human rights abuses. We exercise due diligence in our supply chain to identify and assess the presence of tin, tungsten, tantalum, gold, and other applicable minerals originating from conflict-affected and high-risk areas. In alignment with applicable regulations and internationally recognized frameworks, including the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals, we require our suppliers to source materials responsibly, provide transparent documentation regarding mineral origin, and implement their own conflict minerals policies. We will continue to evaluate and strengthen our supply chain practices to promote ethical sourcing, transparency, and accountability.
